Subcontractor Comparisons

Genesis edition only.

The Subcontractor Comparisons module allows you to compare subcontractor pricing for a group of Direct Cost Schedule items by providing the analysis tools to ensure you are choosing the most appropriate subcontractor for the project.

Access Subcontractor Comparisons from the Home ribbon menu by clicking the Subcontractor Comparisons button.

Comparisons act as a container for recording the subcontractor pricing information of multiple quotes on a defined set of Direct Cost Schedule items.

Once a comparison has been created, and a Subcontractor is selected, the values of the defined Direct Cost Schedule items update throughout the project.

The Subcontractor Comparison module can:

• Add a new comparison and manage the details from the Subcontractor Details window
• Add Direct Cost Schedule items to the newly created comparison from the Manage Items window
• Accommodate addition or reduction of costings for each subcontractor within the Independent Cost Estimate window
• Analyse each comparison’s data from the Subcontractor Comparison Analysis window
