Code Sets – Ribbon Toolbar

The contextual ribbon toolbar for the Code Set window provides you with access to all of the functions that allow you to add, remove and manage the Code Sets with your project.

GENERAL GROUP

NAME	DESCRIPTION
Copy Ctrl + C	Clicking the Copy button will copy the selected Code Set information to the clipboard. This allows the data to be pasted within Expert Estimation or into an external application.
Undo Ctrl + Z	Clicking the Undo button reverses the last change made to the data.
Redo Ctrl + Y	The Redo button becomes available when an undo action is performed and is used to reverse the undo action.

NAME

DESCRIPTION

Copy
Ctrl + C

Clicking the Copy button will copy the selected Code Set information to the clipboard.

This allows the data to be pasted within Expert Estimation or into an external application.

Ctrl + Z

Add Code Set Ctrl + Shift + =	Clicking the Add Code Set button will add a new Code Set to the project with the default name ‘Code Set ‘.
Remove Code Set Ctrl + Del	Clicking the Remove Code Set button will permanently remove the selected Code Set from the Code Set window. Note: You cannot remove a Code Set if it is used as a part of a Cash Flow Scenario.
Codes Ctrl + D	Opens the Code Set - Codes window, allowing you to create and assign a range of codes for the selected Code Set.

Opens the Code Set - Codes window, allowing you to create and assign a range of codes for the selected Code Set.

GRID GROUP

NAME	DESCRIPTION
Filter Editor	Opens the Filter Editor to allow users to modify the contents of the grid so that only items that match the specific criteria set will be displayed.
Column Chooser	Clicking the Column Chooser button will open a dialogue box that will allow users to add or remove columns from the grid.
Search F3	Clicking the Search function will display a field in the top right-hand corner of the grid, that will allow users to search the current window for the text entered.

REPORTS GROUP

Code Set Values	Prints the Code Set Values report for the selected Code Set.
Code Set Resources	Prints the Code Set Resources report for the selected Code Set.
Code Set Item Summary	Prints the Code Set Item Summary report for the selected Code Set.
Direct Cost Code Allocations	Prints the Direct Cost Code Allocations report for the selected Code Set.
Overhead Cost Code Allocations	Prints the Overhead Cost Code Allocations report for the selected Code Set.
Resource Cost Code Allocations	Prints the Resource Cost Code Allocations report for the selected Code Set.
Group Resource Cost Code Allocations	Prints the Group Resource Cost Code Allocations report for the selected Code Set.
