Resource Code Allocations Report

Genesis edition only.

The Resource Code Allocations Report presents a printable version of the codes used within resources. This allows you to quickly analyse the resource usage and totals assigned to each code.

This report displays the following information:

Resource Name
Description
Type \ Category Group
Use In Project
Unit
Base Rate
Calculated Rate
Value In Project
Code

FORMATTING OPTIONS

You can change the format of the data by clicking the Change >> button, in the bottom left-hand corner in the Options section of the report.

Resource Code Allocations Report - formatting options

FORMATTING OPTION	DESCRIPTION
Displayed Code Set	When this option is set, the report will display the information for the selected Code Set. This list will be populated with the name of each Code Set available in the project.
Use Resource Description when Cost Estimate Line Description is blank	When this option is ticked, any cost estimate lines that do not contain a description will use the description of the resource assigned to the line.
