Copy
Ctrl + C

Clicking the Copy button will copy the selected Spread Allocation information to the clipboard.

This allows the data to be pasted within Expert Estimation or into an external application.

Undo
Ctrl + Z

Clicking the Undo button reverses the last change made to the data.

Redo
Ctrl + Y

The Redo button becomes available when an undo action is performed and is used to reverse the undo action.

Properties
Alt  + Enter

Opens the Properties pane on the right-hand side of the window.

This will display the details of the currently selected Hidden and/or Overhead item(s) and gives you the ability to edit multiple lines at once.

Go To Line
Ctrl + G

Clicking the Copy button will take you to the selected scheduled line.

Allocations

Clicking the Allocations button will open a new tab displaying the Direct Spread Allocations for the currently selected Hidden and/or Overhead Cost Schedule item(s).

Allocate To

Clicking the Spread Allocations - Allocate To button will open the Allocate To dialog, allowing users to apply either Hidden and/or Overhead Items to multiple Direct Cost Items at once.

Clear Allocations

Clicking the Clear Allocations button will clear allocations for the currently selected Hidden/Overhead line.

Restore Layout

If columns have been removed, adjusted or relocated, clicking the Restore Layout button will restore columns to their default layout.

Filter Editor

Opens the Filter Editor to allow users to modify the contents of the grid so that only items that match the specific criteria set will be displayed.

Column Chooser

Search
F3

Clicking the Search function will display a field in the top right-hand corner of the grid, that will allow users to search the current window for the text entered.

Spread Allocations

Clicking the Spread Allocations report button prints the allocation of spread values from Hidden/Overhead items to Direct Cost Schedule items.
