Spread Allocation Reports

The Spread Allocations Report provides a print-friendly breakdown of how all Overhead and Hidden items have been directly allocated. This report allows you to analyse and verify the percentage and allocation value of all items.

Spread Allocations Report grouped by Hidden/Overhead Items

REPORT

When the report is set to Group By Hidden/Overhead items, the Spread Allocations report displays the following information:

  • Line Number
  • Item Number
  • Description
  • Unit
  • Quantity
  • Estimated Rate
  • Estimated Total
  • Weighting Mode
  • Allocated %
  • Allocated Value

When the report is set to Group By Direct Cost items, the Spread Allocations report displays the following information:

  • Line Number
  • Item Number
  • Description
  • Unit
  • Quantity
  • Estimated Rate
  • Estimated Total
  • Allocated %
  • Allocated Value

Note: The Group By selection can be changed from the Formatting Options.

FORMATTING OPTIONS

You can change the format of the data by clicking the Change button, in the bottom left-hand corner in the Options section of the report.

FORMATTING OPTION

DESCRIPTION

Group By

The report will be grouped based on the selected item type.
The available grouping are Hidden/Overhead Items and Direct Cost Items.

Only show Hidden/Overhead items with allocations

Selecting this option will only display the Hidden/Overhead items that currently have a Direct Cost Allocation.

Note: This option will only be available when Hidden/Overhead Items are selected in the Group By drop-down.
