SavePoints – Ribbon Toolbar
The contextual ribbon toolbar for the Project SavePoints window gives you access to all of the functions that allow you to add, remove, and compare Project SavePoints.

Undo |
Clicking the Undo button reverses the last change made to the data. Note: This action is only applicable to edits made to the Name and Description fields in the grid. |

Redo |
The Redo button becomes available when an undo action is performed and is used to reverse the undo action. |

Compare SavePoints |
Opens the Compare Project SavePoints window, allowing you to compare selected Project SavePoints to the current state of the project. |

Add Project SavePoint |
Opens a dialog window that allows you to add a new SavePoint to the Project SavePoints window. |

Remove Project SavePoint |
Clicking the Remove Project SavePoint button will permanently remove the selected SavePoint(s) from the Project SavePoints window. A dialog window is displayed confirming the removal and gives the option to export the project before removing the SavePoint(s). Note: If you elect to Export the Project before the removal, whether you are removing one or multiple SavePoints, the entire project with all Project SavePoints is exported. |

Create Project from SavePoint |
Creates a new Project based on the currently selected SavePoint. Note: This action can only be applied to SavePoints with Project Backups included. |

Restore Layout |
If columns have been removed, adjusted or relocated, clicking the Restore Layout button will restore columns to their default layout. |

Filter Editor |
Opens the Filter Editor to allow users to modify the contents of the grid so that only items that match the specific criteria set will be displayed. |

Column Chooser |
Clicking the Column Chooser button will open a dialogue box that will allow users to add or remove columns from the grid. |

Search |
Clicking the Search function will display a field in the top right-hand corner of the grid, that will allow users to search the current window for the text entered. |
