Code Set – Matrix Template Code Allocations

Accessed from the Matrix Allocation button from the Code Set Codes - Ribbon Toolbar, the Code Set Matrix Template Code Allocations window provides you with the ability to allocate a Code directly to Matrix Item Cost Estimate Templates.

The main grid of the Matrix Allocations window displays a hierarchical list of all of the Matrices and their Cost Estimate Templates available in the project. Each Cost Estimate Template is listed below it's parent Matrix.

ALLOCATING RESOURCE

Codes can be allocated to the Template either by:

• Using the Properties pane,
• Dragging and dropping codes onto a Cost Estimate Template,
• Expanding the drop-down in the Allocated Code field and selecting a code.

Note: Multiple templates can have a code assigned at the same time by using the Properties pane.

Each template can only have one code from a set allocated to it.
