Each window within Expert Estimation has its own unique workspace layout. The following displays the list of the columns available within the Penalty Rate Classifications window.

NAME	DESCRIPTION
Name	The identifier for the Penalty Rate. This will be presented as the column header in the Resource Calculation – Template Calendar.
Description	The Description column allows you to provide a detailed explanation for the Penalty Rate.
Factor	Represents the multiplier applied to the Penalty Rate in order to calculate the Total Equivalent Ordinary Hours within the Template Calendar. Example: A Factor of 2 represents double-time hours and -1 could represent an unpaid break.
