The Take Off Calculation report provides a printable breakdown of the calculation sheet behind each Take Off Set within the project. This allows you to quickly analyse all the calculations behind the value of your projects Take Off Defines.

The report displays the following information:

• Line #
• Comment
• Formula
• Total
• Define
• Attributes

Note: The Attribute columns will only be displayed for the calculation sheets in which they are defined.

FORMATTING OPTIONS

The format of the data can be changed by clicking the Change button, in the bottom left-hand corner in the Options section of the report.

Take Off Calculations Report – formatting options

FORMATTING OPTION	DESCRIPTION
Displayed Take Off Sets	When this option is set, the report will display the information for the selected Take Off Set. This list will be populated with the name of each Take Off Set as well as an option to Show all Take Off Sets.

Note: General Report Options are available as standard for this report.
