Group Resources Code Allocations Report

Genesis edition only.

The Group Resources Code Allocations Report presents a printable version of the codes used within group resources. This allows you to quickly analyse the group resource usage and totals assigned to each code.

FORMATTING OPTIONS

You can change the format of the data by clicking the Change button, in the bottom left-hand corner in the Options section of the report.

Code Allocations Report - formatting options

FORMATTING OPTION	DESCRIPTION
Displayed Code Set	When this option is set, the report will display the information for the selected Code Set. This list will be populated with the name of each Code Set available in the project.
Show Cost Estimate Lines	This Show Cost Estimate option allows you to select the level of details shown for each group resource cost estimate. This can be set to show all Cost Estimate lines, all except excluded Cost Estimate lines, only summary Cost Estimate lines or no Cost Estimate lines via the drop down list.
Explode Group Resources to (x) levels deep	Explode Group resources to (x) levels deep will expand group resources assigned to Cost Estimate lines. (x) represents the number of contained group resource levels that will be expanded out in the report per cost estimate line.
Use Resource Description when Cost Estimate Line Description is blank	When this option is ticked, any cost estimate lines that do not contain a description will use the description of the resource assigned to the line.
Only show Resources with allocations or Cost Estimate allocations.	When this option is checked, any group resources that do not have allocations will be filtered out of the report and not displayed.
