SavePoints – Grid Columns
Each window within Expert Estimation has its own unique workspace layout. The following displays a list of all the available columns within the Project SavePoints window.

Information |
The Information column displays specific information about a Project SavePoint. This is done in the form of icons. You can hover your mouse over any of the icons in the Information column and a tooltip will appear providing you with a description of the icon displayed. A list of all icons that are displayed in the Information Column can be seen appended to the end of this article. |
SavePoint Name |
This column allows you to enter a unique name or identifier for the Project SavePoint. Note: This field is only editable for the most recent SavePoint in the grid. |
Description |
The Description column allows you to provide a detailed explanation for the Project SavePoint. Note: This field is only editable for the most recent SavePoint in the grid. |
Date Created |
This column is automatically populated when you add a Project SavePoint. |
Total Cost |
The Total Cost represents the Total Estimated Cost of the Project when the SavePoint was created. |
Project Value |
The Project Value represents the Project Total of the Project when the SavePoint was created. |
SavePoint Size (KB) |
Represents the size of the SavePoint in kilobytes (KB). Note: This column is hidden by default. |
INFORMATION COLUMN ICONS
The Information column will display an icon to visually convey the type of SavePoint for each item in the grid.

This icon indicates a Value only SavePoint. You cannot create a project based on this type of Project SavePoint. |

This icon indicates a SavePoint with Project Backup. You can create a project based on this type of Project SavePoint. |

This icon indicates a SavePoint with Project Backup (including previous SavePoints). If you try and create a new project based on one of these SavePoints then you have the option to include earlier SavePoints in the new project. |
