Colour Settings

Display elements represent the different components within a project that can be configured with background or foreground colours. These are set through either the Options – Display window, or the Project Properties – Display window.

COST ESTIMATE

DISPLAY ELEMENT

DESCRIPTION

Formula Highlight

The background colour of any Cost Estimate lines that have a value entered into the Formula column except for summation formula.

Define Highlight

The background colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a define/def formula entered into the Formula column.

Summation Highlight

The background colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a summation formula (eg. Sum / SMQ / ST) entered into the Formula Column.

Labour Resource Type Foreground

The font colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a Labour resource assigned to it.

Material Resource Type Foreground

The font colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a Material resource assigned to it.

Plant Resource Type Foreground

The font colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a Plant resource assigned to it.

Subcontract Resource Type Foreground

The font colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a Subcontract resource assigned to it.

Other Resource Type Foreground

The font colour of any Cost Estimate line that has an Other resource assigned to it.

Group Resource Type Foreground

The font colour of any Cost Estimate line that has a Group resource assigned to it.

COST SCHEDULE

Parent Highlight

The background colour of any Parent items in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Child Highlight

The background colour of any Child items in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Summation Formula Highlight

The background colour of any Sum, ST, sumUserDef or Rsum formulas used in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Formula Highlight

The background colour of any lines that have a value entered into the Formula column except for summation formula in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Cost Schedule State Unfinished Foreground

The font colour of any Unfinished items in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Cost Schedule State Check Foreground

The font colour of any Checked items in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Cost Schedule State Finished Foreground

The font colour of any Finished items in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Cost Schedule Item In Subcontractor Comparison Foreground

The font colour of any Items that are included in a Subcontractor Comparison in the Direct Cost Schedule.

Cost Schedule Provisional Item Foreground

The font colour of any Provisional Sum Items in the Direct Cost Schedule.

Cost Schedule Standard Item Foreground

The font colour of all Text items in the Direct and Overhead Cost Schedule.

Focused By Selected Formula Foreground

The font colour of any item that is being referenced by the currently selected formula.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Positive Value Foreground

The font colour of any values in the Project Summary window that are greater than 0.

Negative Value Foreground

The font colour of any values in the Project Summary window that are less than 0.

Base Resource State Plugged Foreground

The font colour of any Base Resources that have the state of Plugged.

Base Resource State Unplugged Foreground

The font colour of any Base Resources that have the state of Unplugged.

Base Resource State Confirmed Foreground

The font colour of any Base Resources that have the state of Confirmed.

Group Resource State Unfinished Foreground

The font colour of any Group Resources that have the state of Unfinished.

Group Resource State Check Foreground

The font colour of any Group Resources that have the state of Checked.

Group Resource State Finished Foreground

The font colour of any Group Resources that have the state of Finished.

SPREAD ALLOCATIONS

FIELD NAME

DESCRIPTION

Spread Allocation percentage exceeds 100%

The font colour of the percentage allocated column and summary bar when the percentage allocated is over 100%.

Spread Allocation percentage equals 100%

The font colour of the percentage allocated column and summary bar when the percentage allocated is exactly 100%.

Spread Allocation percentage less than 100% and more than or equal to 0%

The font colour of the percentage allocated column and summary bar when the percentage allocated is less than 100% but more than 0% (there is some value left to allocate).

Spread Allocation percentage less than 0%

The font colour of the percentage allocated column and summary bar when the percentage allocated is less than 0% (the item is negatively allocated).
