Each window within Expert Estimation has a unique workspace layout. The following displays a list of the available columns available within the Cash Flow Scenario window.

Indicates editable status of a Cash Flow Scenario. If a lock icon is displayed on a Cash Flow Scenario, changes are unable to be made as it is either being edited by yourself in another window or by another concurrent user. Hovering the mouse over the lock icon shows the user that has locked the Cash Flow Scenario from being edited. Note: This field is read-only. |

Name |
This column allows you to enter a unique name or identifier for the Cash Flow Scenario. |

Description |
The Description column allows you to record a detailed explanation for the Cash Flow Scenario. |

Based On |
Displays the mode the Cash Flow Scenario will use in its calculations. The Based On column also displays the calculation method for the Cash Flow Scenario. This cannot be changed after a Cash Flow Scenario has been created. Note: This field is read-only. |

Active |
Indicates the Cash Flow Scenario that will be used in the project’s calculations. The results of these calculations are displayed in the Cash Flow Results window. Note: This field is read-only. |

Start Date |
Represents the date of which the Cash Flow Scenario will begin. Note: This field is read-only. |

Finish Date |
Represents the date in which the Cash Flow Scenario will finish. Note: This field is read-only. |
