Due to its unique file structure, a Cost To Complete project is comprised of multiple project files. Cost To Complete allows you to efficiently perform any file management tasks through the use of the Project Utilities functions.
These functions ensure that all relevant files are included in this process to maintain project integrity.

| Copy Project | The Copy Project dialogue will duplicate selected project files into a specific file location. |
| Copy Project To | Clicking the Copy Project To function will duplicate the currently open project into the file location selected. |
| Move Project | The Move Project dialog box provides the ability to move a project from one folder location to another with an option to rename the project. |
| E-mail Project | Creates an .ZIP file containing the selected project and automatically attaches it to an email using the default mail client. |
| Rename Project | The Rename Project dialog provides the ability to rename an existing project a new name.
This function renames all the necessary project files. Note: A project that is currently open cannot be renamed until closed. |
| Delete Project | The Delete Project dialog is used to permanently delete projects.
The full path and project name can be entered, or the Browse button can be used to navigate to and select the project to be deleted. A backup of the project files can be sent to the Recycle Bin provided the option in the Options – General widow is checked. Note: In some cases such as projects residing on a different computer like a server, projects will be permanently deleted even if this option is checked. |
| Purge Deleted Records from Project Files | The Purge Deleted Records dialogue allows deleted records to be removed from the project files.
Deleted records are created when a resource, cost code, etc. are deleted. The records remain in the project files but are marked as deleted. This dialog will physically remove those records from the database. After this action, recovery of deleted records is impossible. Note: If there have been a substantial amount of deletions in the project, the operation of the project may speed up when deleted records are removed. |
| Open Multiuser Administrator | Opens the Cost To Complete Multiuser Administrator applicaiton detailing users accessing the currently opened project and what actions they are performing.
