The Your Details section of the Options window provides you with an area to record any contact information, to be used by Pronamics in the event of an error.

| Name | This field allows you to record the name of the user. |
| Company | Record the name of the Company to which the software is licenced. |
| Telephone | This field allows you to record a contact phone number (mobile or landline). |
| Facsimile | The Facsimile field allows you to record a fax number. |
| Allows you to record a contact email address. | |
| CC E-mail | Record an additional e-mail address to be included in any communication with Pronamics. |
| Privacy Policy | When checked, identifies that the users of the computer on which Cost to Complete is installed, agrees with the Pronamics Privacy Poilicy. |
