The Budget Performance section of the Options window contains settings relating to the operation and functionality of the Budget Performance window.
General

| Use Order Defined in Cost Codes in Budget performance |
Checking this option synchronises the order of Cost Codes in the Budget Performance window to that in the Cost Codes window. |
| Columns | Checking or un-checking each of these boxes will enable or disable the corresponding column from being displayed in the Budget Performance window.
Note: You may need to scroll to the right within the Budget Performance window to view the added columns. |
| Decimals in Quantity columns |
Allows you to define the number of decimal places to be displayed in Quantity columns in the Budget Performance window. |
| Decimals in Rate columns | Allows you to define the number of decimal places to be displayed in Rate columns of the Budget Performance window |
| When creating new record dates, lock all previous record dates |
Checking this box will lock all record dates prior to that most recently created. |

Estimate To Complete Column

| Constant Rate | Sets the font colour (Foreground) and background highlight colour (Background) for Cost Codes using the Constant Rate forecasting option. |
| BAC – BCWP | Sets the font colour (Foreground) and background highlight colour (Background) for Cost Codes using the Budget At Completion – Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BAC-BCWP) forecasting option. |
| BAC-ACWP | Sets the font colour (Foreground) and background highlight colour (Background) for Cost Codes using the Budget At Completion – Actual Cost of Work Performed (BAC-ACWP) forecasting option. |
| Cost Estimate | Sets the font colour (Foreground) and background highlight colour (Background) for Cost Codes using the first principles Estimate Cost To Complete forecasting option. |
| Entered | Sets the font colour (Foreground) and background highlight colour (Background) for Cost Codes using the Entered Value forecasting option. |
| Reset to Default | Returns all colouring options in this window to their default values. |
