The Estimates to Complete – Resource report provides a printable breakdown of the resources consumed on a selected record date.
Report
The report displays following information:
- Resource Name
- Description
- Unit
- Quantity
- Average Rate
- Amountl
- % Rec Date
- Major, Minor Sort Codes
Formatting Options
The format of the report can be changed by clicking the Format button, in the bottom right-hand corner in the Print Reports window.
| Formatting Option | Description |

| Record Date Selection | The Record Date Selection panel allows you to choose which record date will be displayed on the report.
Note: Only one record date can be displayed. |
| Sort Order | When this option is set, the report will order the report based on the selected column.
The available columns that can sort the report are:

| Total on Sort Codes | The report will display a subtotal for each Major/Minor Sort Code or Resource Group when this option is selected.
Note: This option is only available if the Sort Order is set to either Major + Minor Sort Codes, Major Sort Codes or Resource Groups. |
