The Estimates to Complete report provides a printable breakdown of the Cost Estimate for each Cost Code for a selected record date. This report allows you to review the Cost Estimates used to forecast the Estimate to Complete for the selected Cost Codes.

Formatting Options
The format of the report can be changed by clicking the Format button, in the bottom right-hand corner in the Print Reports window.

| Formatting Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Record Date Selection | The Record Date Selection panel allows you to choose which record date will be displayed on the report.
Note: Only one record date can be selected to be displayed. |
| Cost Code Selection | The Cost Code Selection panel provides the ability to select a subset of Cost Codes to be displayed in the report. |
| Print Cost Estimates | When checked, this report option displays the Cost Estimates used, per Cost Code, to forecast the Estimate to Complete. |
| Print Takeoffs | When this formatting option is checked, any Takeoff information associated with a Cost Code, in the selected Record Date, will be displayed in the report.
Note: The Take Off function is only available when an Expert Project project is opened. |
| Print Notes | When this formatting option is checked, the report will display any notes that have been created for a Cost Code in the selected Record Date. |
| Print Resource Summary | The Print Resource Summary formatting option will print a summary of the resources included in the Estimate to Complete for each Cost Code. |
| Print Resource Unit Summation | The Print Resource Unit Summation field allows you to enter a resource unit (such as mhr or m2) and show a summation row for the unit in the report.
Note: Only one Resource Unit Summation column can be added to the report at a time. |
