The Budget Performance report provides a printable summary of the content displayed in the Budget Performance window. This allows you to quickly analyse the core budget information for each code on particular record dates.
Report
The report displays the following information:
- Cost Code
- Description
- Cost To Date (ACWP)
- Budget To Date (BCWP)
- Variance To Date
- Estimate To Complete
- Budget To Complete
- Variance To Complete
- Estimate At Completion (EAC)
- Budget At Completion
- Variance At Comepletion
- ACWP/EAC
- BCWP/EAC
- Comment
Formatting Options
The format of the report can be changed by clicking the Format button, in the bottom right-hand corner in the Print Reports window.
| Formatting Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Style | The Style formatting options all you to format the report show either a single Record Date or a comparison between two Record Dates. |
| Record Dates | These options allow you to set the Record Date(s) to be displayed on the report.
This list is populated with the name of each Record Date available in the project. Note: If the formatting of the style section is set to Compare with Previous, then a second record date will need to be selected. |
| Print Detail | When this option is checked, the Budget Performance report will print the Cost Codes and their values for the specified Record Date. |
| Print Note | When checked, the Budget Performance report will print any notes that have been created for the specified Record Date. |
| Group Columns By Type |
When this option is checked, the columns of the report will be reordered with like columns together (Budget columns will be together etc.). With this option unticked, columns will be grouped by stage (i.e. To Date columns together etc.). |
| Show Highlight Legend | When checked, adds a legend for any highlights for the Record Date. |
| Report Only Non Zero Cost Codes | When enabled, filters the report so that any Cost Codes with a value of zero are not included. |
