Importing from AGTEK Gradework

Genesis edition only.

While users can create and develop Take Off Sets within Expert Estimation, the Import AGTEK Spreadsheet function allows for the import of an excel file produced by AGTEK to either create or update Take Off Sets and Take Off Defines.

Clicking on the Import AGTEK Spreadsheet button from either the Take Off Sets or Take Off Set Calculation ribbon menus will open a dialogue box that allows you to select an excel file previously exported from AGTEK.

The options available to the user will depend on if the Import AGTEK Spreadsheet button is clicked on in the Take Off Set window or the Take Off Set Calculation widow.

If selected from the Take Off Sets window, users will have an option to either Create or Update Take Off Sets per defined Structure or Create a new Take Off Set.

If selected from the Take Off Set Calculation window, users will only have the option to upload and import the Spreadsheet.

CREATE OR UPDATE TAKE OFF SETS AS PER DEFINED STRUCTURE

Selecting the Create or Update Take Off Sets per defined Structure will create a new Take Off Set for each Structure Code and list all the available data values below in a grid.
