We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Expert Estimation to gain access to application enhancements and bug fixes as soon as possible.

A new version of the Pronamics Product Selector is required for updates prior to 1.1.9633.0

Please review the following list carefully as it may contain some alterations to existing functionality and features which can affect the way the program is used and the results obtained.


  • Fixed an issue where deleting schedule items would prevent the Spread Nominations window from opening.
  • Resolved an issue with clipboard contents when copying multi-line data from the Subcontractor Analysis.
  • Prevented a situation where an error would be raised while saving and closing a Cost Estimate.
  • Prevented an error being raised when changing an item selection in the Direct Cost Schedule.
  • Fixed an error caused when inserting lines in either of the Cost Schedules or a Cost Estimate.
  • Resolved an error that would result in an exception being raised when closing Expert Estimation.
  • Fixed a problem that would prevent the Expert Estimation Client from occasionally not opening.
  • Fixed the calculation of Sell Values for Codes in a Code Set when Sell Rates on Resources contribute towards the Project Total.
  • Resolved a loading issue preventing any new or non-contributing Direct Cost Schedule items from appearing in the Spread Results.
  • Improved the performance of removing spreadsheets from a project.
  • Fixed an issue when pasting values into the Subcontractor Details which would remove any duplicate values from the pasted data.
  • Resolved an issue preventing an Autosave from completing due to the removal of project Resources.
  • Resolved an issue where removing Take Off Attribute values would fail validation, preventing the calculation of Take Off amounts.
  • Fixed the update of client side values of Unit Summaries displayed in the Spread Results window.
  • Fixed the generation of Escalation value in Cash Flow daily results when using Code Based Cash Flow Scenario calculations.
