Locked item 

Indicates editable status of a Metric.

If a lock icon is displayed on a Metric, changes are unable to be made as it is either being edited by yourself in another window or by another concurrent user.

Hovering the mouse over the lock icon shows the user that has locked the Metric from being edited.

Note: This field is read-only.

Name

This column allows you to enter a unique name or identifier for the Metric.

Description

This column allows you to record a detailed explanation for the Metric.

Minimum

Allows you to specify the minimum value threshold that is deemed acceptable for the Metric result.

Maximum

Result Type

Determines whether the result (and related minimum and maximum values) should be displayed as a numeric value, or a percentage.

Changing this option will convert the total value to a percentage and can also be changed at any time within the calculation sheet as well.

Result

This is the calculated result on the last line of the Metric Calculation Sheet. If there is no value on the last line of the calculation sheet, this will be blank.
